I love The Pie Hole! Brings back so many good memories of going there with my grandpa. He passed away 6 months ago, but just before he did he asked me to bring him some blueberry pie holes, his favorite. They were closed that day, so I made my own homemade version, and he was ecstatic! I made a few different flavors. He liked the blueberry, but he loved how my doritos consomme pie had a southwestern kick! Thank you Chowhound for the wonderful memories!
